![]() Phyllis MacDonald has spent over thirty years in a variety of educational endeavors. She taught in both elementary and junior high classrooms, and then moved into gifted education where she served as teacher, curriculum designer, professional developer, and administrator at both district and regional levels. Several years in the Amphitheater District Career Ladder project expanded her skills in teacher evaluation and professional development. Phyllis currently works as editor and educational representative for several educational publishers, offers consultant services to Arizona Schools in the area of gifted education. Phyllis is lead coach for the CSPD AHAA project and serves on the Support Cadre with the Arizona Department of Education. For the past 17 years she has fed her need for direct involvement with students and their teachers through a volunteer commitment of time and energy to the Arizona and International Future Problem Solving Program.
