Masters in Reading Judy Rhoads most recently was the K-12 Acceleration/Enrichment Coordinator in Geneva, Illinois. She worked directly with students, teachers, administrators, and parents. She is secretary and board member of the Illinois Association for Gifted Children. Her background includes Teacher Coordinator for the IMPACT program in Oswego, IL, Level II Critical Thinking Instructor for IMPACT (National Diffusion Network Program),Headstart, 4th-6th grade teacher. Judy’s consulting over the last 13 years has afforded her the opportunity to teach workshops and classes nationwide about how to meet the learning needs of all students in inclusive, mixed-ability classrooms. Honors include the Regional Superintendent’s Award in Kane County, Illinois; Award of Merit by the Illinois State Board of Education; Teacher of the Year - Western Avenue School; and Illinois Math and Science Academy’s Award of Excellence.
